– Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to a booked tour are not refundable unless a valid medical certificate is produced.
– If we have to cancel the trip due to poor weather conditions we will endeavor to reschedule your trip to a date which suits you. If we are unable to do this you will receive a full refund.
– Whilst we make every effort possible to stick to our scheduled trips there are times when weather conditions dictate that our schedule may be altered or some activities may not be available. We do not offer refunds in this situation.
– Please be on time to the pick up or meeting point for the boat if not using our transpotation services. We offer a 15 minute grace period, but time lost for being late can not be refunded.
